Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled operators and technicians in various production and assembly tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport raw materials, components, and finished products within the factory using appropriate tools or equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including equipment and machinery, to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure personal and team safety.
- Perform basic quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Support inventory management by assisting with sorting, counting, and arranging materials.
- Operate basic factory equipment and tools under direct supervision after receiving proper training.
- Assist with packaging and labeling of products for shipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
