Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled operators and technicians in various production tasks.
- Load and unload materials from production lines, machines, or storage areas.
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment manually or using basic material handling tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor, work areas, and machinery.
- Perform basic quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff diligently and efficiently.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues promptly.
- Participate in general factory maintenance activities as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
