Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming factory floors and work areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas within the factory premises.
- Empty trash cans, recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly according to established procedures.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and pressure washers safely and effectively.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored correctly and maintained in good working condition.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, spills, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of production areas as needed, ensuring cleanliness before and after shifts.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is required.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
