Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and proficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects, ensuring they meet specified standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as instructed.
