Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of all facility systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring comfortable working temperatures.
