Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments of plumbing issues in diverse residential and commercial settings.
- Execute precise repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance on a wide array of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and intricate drainage systems.
- Conduct thorough and effective drain cleaning using state-of-the-art equipment such as hydro-jetters and sewer cameras.
- Adhere strictly to all local plumbing codes, industry standards, and company safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining issues, proposed solutions, and pricing to clients with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all services performed, parts utilized, and time spent on each job.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service requests, ensuring prompt response.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a Plumber or Plumbing Service Technician.
- Proven proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various plumbing systems (e.g., tankless and conventional water heaters, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, main lines).
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities for complex issues.
- Valid state-issued Plumber's license or equivalent certification (if required by locality in California).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a busy schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs), work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber license.
