Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair cutting, styling, colouring, perming, and chemical treatments for diverse clientele.
- Execute barbering services including precision haircuts, fades, shaves, and beard trims.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and recommend suitable services and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and ensure all tools and equipment are sterilized.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning and training.
- Actively promote and sell salon products to clients, advising on home care routines.
- Manage appointment bookings and client records accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Assist with general salon duties, including laundry, cleaning, and inventory management, as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in a wide range of hairdressing techniques (cutting, styling, colouring).
- Expertise in barbering services (men's cuts, shaves, beard grooming).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to high service standards.
- Valid qualification in Hairdressing or Barbering from a recognized institution.
