Key Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including, but not limited to, facials, waxing (hot and strip), manicures, pedicures, massages, and gel nail applications.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and provide expert aftercare advice.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards for all equipment, workstations, and treatment rooms.
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and preferences.
- Promote and sell salon products, demonstrating sound knowledge of their benefits and application.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations through continuous learning and training.
- Assist with general salon duties, including tidying, stock management, and reception tasks when required.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
Required Skills
- Certified Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist.
- Proficiency in performing a wide array of beauty treatments (facials, waxing, nails, massage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
