Amani Boutique Hotel is seeking a skilled and passionate Barman/Bartender to join our dynamic food and beverage team. We are looking for an individual with a flair for crafting exceptional beverages, a deep understanding of spirits and cocktails, and an unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service. As a Barman/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving a wide range of drinks from our extensive menu, and ensuring our guests have a delightful and memorable experience at our bar. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards and recipes.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, ingredients, and equipment.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service, adhering to all legal requirements.
- Restock bar inventory and report any shortages or damaged items to management.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing beverage deliveries.
- Uphold stringent hygiene and sanitation standards for the bar area and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with other F&B team members to ensure seamless service.
- Stay updated on new cocktail trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barman/Bartender in a hospitality environment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic cocktail recipes.
