Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Plan and optimize routes using navigation tools, considering traffic, road closures, and client preferences to ensure efficient travel.
- Exercise utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and travel details.
- Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, demonstrating exemplary defensive driving techniques.
- Manage vehicle logs, mileage records, and expense reports accurately.
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in client schedules or travel plans, often with short notice.
- Represent the client and Career.supersecrets with professionalism, politeness, and a helpful attitude at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid Kenyan Driving License (Class BCE or higher) with a clean record.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as an Executive or Personal Driver.
- Advanced knowledge of Machakos County roads, routes, and traffic conditions.
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and mapping applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
