God is Good Motors (GIGM) is actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our senior leadership, based in our vibrant Amuwo Odofin, Lagos office. This pivotal and high-impact role requires an individual with impeccable organizational skills, a strong innate ability to anticipate needs before they arise, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. You will be instrumental in managing the daily demands of a busy executive, ensuring seamless operations both professionally within the corporate environment and personally, contributing to their overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and maintain the executive's complex calendar, efficiently scheduling appointments, meetings, and meticulously coordinating all travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Act as the primary point of contact, screening and expertly prioritizing incoming communications (emails, phone calls, physical correspondence) and responding professionally on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
  • Organize and coordinate all domestic and international travel logistics, including booking flights, securing accommodation, facilitating visa applications, and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare, proofread, and meticulously edit correspondence, detailed reports, impactful presentations, and other critical documents, ensuring absolute accuracy and strict adherence to company standards and branding guidelines.
  • Handle extremely sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to privacy.
  • Manage personal errands and tasks for the executive as required, including property management related to the provided housing, ensuring a comfortable and highly supportive living environment.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, which includes preparing comprehensive agendas, accurately taking minutes, and diligently following up on all action items.
  • Maintain a highly organized and easily retrievable filing system, both digital and physical, for all critical documents and records.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior-level management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with various digital communication and collaboration tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating keen attention to detail, grammar, and professional etiquette.
  • Demonstrated high level of discretion, professionalism, and unwavering integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proven proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of initiative, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain composure in a demanding, fast-paced corporate environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Prior experience within the transportation, logistics, or service industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong local network and knowledge of the Amuwo Odofin/Lagos area for efficient local coordination and resource management.
