Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain the vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and mechanically sound at all times.
- Plan optimal routes, considering traffic, weather conditions, and client preferences to ensure punctuality.
- Exercise utmost discretion and maintain client confidentiality regarding all interactions and information.
- Assist clients with luggage and ensure their comfort throughout the journey.
- Perform daily vehicle checks, routine maintenance, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle service schedules.
- Adapt to changing schedules and client needs with flexibility and a professional demeanor.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and fulfilling client requests courteously.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and client care.
Required Skills
- Valid Kenyan driving license (Class B/DL for light vehicles, Class A for heavy vehicles if applicable) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional driving experience, preferably in private transport or chauffeur services.
- Excellent knowledge of Embu County and surrounding regions, including major routes and traffic patterns.
- Strong understanding of defensive driving techniques and road safety.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
