Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings with efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, creating detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
