Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests, answering inquiries, and directing attendees.
- Support catering and hospitality functions, including serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and ensuring presentation standards.
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and distribution of event materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of event spaces throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and event guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members, coordinators, and supervisors to ensure smooth event execution.
