Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and audio-visual equipment according to event specifications.
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout events, addressing inquiries and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to all hygiene and service standards.
- Monitor event areas, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness, and promptly responding to spills or other issues.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their event experience.
- Work collaboratively with the events team, kitchen staff, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service when applicable.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times, representing the DoubleTree by Hilton brand with pride.
- Assist with inventory management of event supplies and equipment as required.
- Be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by event schedules.
