Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter unauthorized activities and ensure public safety.
- Monitor assigned areas for suspicious behavior, security breaches, or potential hazards.
- Conduct bag checks, metal detection, and other access control procedures as required.
- Provide clear directions and assistance to event attendees, ensuring a positive experience.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, security incidents, and medical situations, following established protocols.
- Assist with crowd management and control, ensuring smooth flow and preventing overcrowding.
- Report all incidents, unusual occurrences, or security concerns to supervisors promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, event organizers, and emergency services.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and relevant security regulations.
- Participate actively in all provided training sessions and ongoing professional development.
