Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand event objectives, scope, and budget for both wedding and corporate events.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including themes, décor, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
- Create detailed budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are executed within financial parameters.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors (caterers, venues, florists, photographers, entertainers, etc.).
- Prepare event timelines, floor plans, and production schedules.
- Coordinate all aspects of event setup, execution, and breakdown, providing on-site supervision as required.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and any necessary permits.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare reports on event success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
