Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their vision, objectives, and budget for weddings and corporate events.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including detailed timelines, conceptual designs, vendor recommendations, and budget breakdowns.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with a wide array of vendors, including caterers, venues, florists, photographers, entertainers, and technical suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality service.
- Create and manage detailed event budgets, tracking all expenditures and ensuring events remain within financial parameters.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning, including venue selection, seating arrangements, decor, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation.

- Develop contingency plans for potential challenges and effectively troubleshoot any issues that arise during an event.

Required Skills
