Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their event vision, objectives, and budget for both wedding and corporate events.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including theme, venue suggestions, catering options, entertainment, décor, and detailed timelines.
- Manage event budgets meticulously, negotiate contracts with vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, audiovisual teams, venues), and track all expenses to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate all logistical elements, including guest lists, seating arrangements, transportation, accommodation, and event schedules.
- Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring seamless operation and addressing any unforeseen issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns throughout the planning and execution phases.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and analyze results to identify areas for improvement and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in event planning, specifically with wedding and corporate portfolios.

- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
