Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand event vision, goals, and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including detailed concepts, timelines, and budget estimates.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage a diverse range of vendors (venues, caterers, decorators, entertainment, photographers, etc.).
- Create and manage detailed event budgets, ensuring all financial targets are met.
- Develop and maintain event timelines, schedules, and critical path documents.
- Oversee all logistical aspects, including venue setup, technical requirements, and guest management.
- Provide on-site event management and coordination to ensure seamless execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the planning and execution phases.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, including feedback collection and financial reconciliation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in event planning and management for both weddings and corporate events.
