Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and budget for both wedding and corporate events.
- Develop detailed event proposals, including timelines, vendor recommendations, budget breakdowns, and concept designs.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage a diverse range of vendors (caterers, venues, decorators, photographers, entertainers, etc.) to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning, including venue setup, technical requirements, guest management, and on-site coordination.
- Manage event budgets meticulously, track expenses, and provide transparent financial reporting to clients.
- Troubleshoot unforeseen issues calmly and effectively during the planning process and on event day.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in event planning, specifically with both wedding and corporate events.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
