Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and enthusiastically greet guests upon their arrival at various event venues within the hotel.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate directions to event spaces, restrooms, cloakrooms, emergency exits, and other hotel facilities.
- Efficiently verify tickets, invitations, registration, or access credentials as required for specific events.
- Actively assist guests with seating arrangements, special needs accommodations, and general event-related inquiries.
- Effectively manage crowd flow and help maintain order, especially during peak arrival, intermission, and departure times.
- Professionally address guest concerns and promptly resolve minor issues or escalate complex situations to appropriate management personnel.
- Collaborate effectively and seamlessly with event organizers, security personnel, catering staff, and other hotel departments.
- Ensure strict compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and emergency procedures throughout events.
- Provide assistance in setting up or clearing event spaces as needed, ensuring optimal presentation and cleanliness.
- Remain knowledgeable about the event schedule, program details, and key information to assist guests with comprehensive and up-to-date information.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills in English (proficiency in Latvian is a significant advantage).
- Outstanding customer service orientation with a consistently friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events, and to lift light equipment if necessary.
- Impeccable professional appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on fluctuating event schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality, customer service, event support, or similar public-facing role.
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Russian, German) is highly advantageous for our international clientele.
- Prior experience working in a large hotel, conference center, or major event venue.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace, efficiency, and a calm disposition.
