Are you a passionate and creative event professional with a deep appreciation for local culture and natural beauty? Naries Namakwa Retreat is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Event Coordinator (Local) to join our team in Spoegrivier, Northern Cape. This pivotal role is perfect for someone who thrives on crafting unique and memorable experiences, deeply rooted in the extraordinary landscape and community spirit of Namaqualand. As our Event Coordinator, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, planning, and executing a diverse range of events – from intimate weddings and bespoke celebrations to corporate gatherings, cultural festivals, and eco-tourism focused excursions. You will be expected to leverage your understanding of the local environment, resources, and community to design events that are authentic, sustainable, and truly reflective of our unique location.
This isn’t just an administrative role; it’s an opportunity to weave the narrative of Namaqualand into every event. You will work closely with local vendors, artisans, and community members, ensuring that our events not only delight our guests but also uplift and benefit the Spoegrivier community.
