Job Description

Are you a seasoned ERP professional passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex business problems? Deloitte’s Consulting practice in Dubai is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to join our dynamic and growing Enterprise Technology & Performance team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, working with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries in the UAE and wider Middle East region. You will play a crucial role in advising clients on their ERP strategies, leading system implementations, optimizing business processes, and ensuring successful project delivery from conception to post-go-live support.

This position requires a deep understanding of enterprise resource planning systems, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent client-facing communication skills. You will be instrumental in translating client business requirements into effective ERP solutions, configuring systems, managing change, and training end-users. Our projects often involve leading platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and others, offering a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in full lifecycle ERP implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Conduct business process analysis and re-engineering workshops to identify client needs and translate them into functional ERP requirements.
  • Configure ERP modules and functionalities to align with client business processes and industry best practices.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Provide expert advice on ERP system capabilities, limitations, and best practices to clients.
  • Manage client expectations, project scope, and timelines in collaboration with project managers.
  • Conduct user training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
  • Stay abreast of the latest ERP trends, updates, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting roles.
  • Proven experience with at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant ERP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle Cloud Implementation Specialist).
  • Experience working in a Big Four consulting firm or similar advisory capacity.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with change management principles and user adoption strategies.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
