Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of engaging visual content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) including static images, infographics, and short animations.
- Design and update marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, digital banners, and email templates.
- Develop visually appealing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all visual materials align with Career.supersecrets' brand guidelines and maintain a consistent aesthetic.
- Support the content team by sourcing and editing relevant stock photography and videography.
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute creative visual campaigns.
- Learn and apply feedback from senior designers and managers to continuously improve design skills and output.
- Organize and maintain a library of visual assets for easy access and future use.
Required Skills
- Basic proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
