Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Store items in designated locations, ensuring proper organization, accessibility, and adherence to storage guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, performing regular stock counts, reconciliations, and reporting discrepancies.
- Issue materials and supplies to internal departments or external customers as per authorized requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and actively report any shortages, overages, or slow-moving items to supervisors.
