Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on various plumbing systems.
- Learn to identify different types of pipes, fittings, and fixtures and their appropriate applications.
- Prepare work sites by gathering tools, equipment, and materials as instructed.
- Help with excavation, trenching, and backfilling related to plumbing projects.
- Observe and learn proper techniques for pipe cutting, threading, soldering, and brazing.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients in a professional manner.
- Perform general labour duties as required to support plumbing operations.
- Actively participate in on-the-job training and mentorship programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
