Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits to designated areas for direct customer engagement, information dissemination, and service support.
- Present and clearly explain Globe Telecom's diverse range of products, services, and the latest promotions to potential and existing customers.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries, service activations, account updates, and provide initial troubleshooting for common service-related issues.
- Gather valuable market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive information through structured surveys and direct interaction.
- Distribute marketing materials and promotional items effectively to enhance brand awareness and drive product adoption.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales leads generated, and daily field activities.
- Collaborate proactively with internal teams (e.g., customer service, technical support) to escalate complex issues and ensure timely, satisfactory resolution for customers.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, operational procedures, and ethical standards in every aspect of field operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse individuals.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking initiative with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic field setting.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet browsing.

- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within assigned territories, which may include different communities and localities.
Preferred Qualifications
