Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists and hygienists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment according to strict infection control protocols.
- Greet patients, make them feel comfortable, and prepare them for dental examinations and treatments.
- Accurately record patient medical history, vital signs, and treatment notes in digital systems.
- Provide clear and concise post-operative instructions and oral hygiene advice to patients.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and maintain organized patient records.
- Order, manage, and inventory dental supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations and clinic policies.
- Provide chairside assistance, anticipate the needs of the dentist, and pass instruments efficiently.
