Key Responsibilities
- Perform exterior car washing, including meticulous pre-wash, thorough main wash, and efficient drying processes, all to IMO Car Wash's rigorous standards.
- Operate and maintain car wash equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring the correct and effective application of cleaning chemicals.
- Provide essential interior vacuuming and window cleaning services as required by specific service packages.
- Conduct final inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and address any missed spots or imperfections before customer handover.
- Assist customers with service selection and payment processing, consistently providing friendly, professional, and informative service.
- Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and safe working environment, including all car wash bays and surrounding customer areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, company operational procedures, and environmental policies.
- Actively support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to cleaning and quality control.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, sometimes outdoor environment, in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, with a proven strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift regularly throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car washing, valeting, detailing, or a similar service-oriented role.

- A full, clean UK driving license (desirable but not essential for this specific role).
