Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive enterprise-level solution architectures that align with business strategy and technology standards.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient technical solutions, considering various architectural domains.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks, platforms, and tools to meet project objectives and enterprise architectural goals.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including blueprints, roadmaps, and design specifications.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, senior management, and technical teams, to communicate architectural vision and rationale.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and presenting architectural proposals to prospective clients.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architectural patterns to drive continuous innovation and improvement.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide expert advice on design and implementation challenges.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in an Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect, or similar senior architecture role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions across various technology domains.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-native architecture.
- Proficiency in modern integration patterns and technologies (e.g., APIs, Microservices, ESB, Message Queues).
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Experience in specific industries relevant to Accenture's client base in the UAE (e.g., Financial Services, Government, Energy, Communications, Public Sector).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
