Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by medical practitioners.
- Monitor, record, and report vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress to the nursing team.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring comfort and clear communication.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and comprehensive documentation.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.

- Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Required Skills
- Diploma in Enrolled Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current and valid registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a hospital setting.
- Proficiency in administering medications and performing a wide range of basic nursing procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and calmly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong commitment to patient safety, quality care, and ethical practice.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
