Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments, providing technical guidance and resolving any on-site engineering issues promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings to guide construction teams and ensure accurate execution.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental protocols on all construction sites.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
