Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all theoretical and practical training sessions, demonstrating a strong commitment to learning.
- Master basic life support techniques, including CPR, airway management, and bleeding control.
- Learn and practice patient assessment skills, including vital sign measurement and medical history taking.
- Assist certified EMTs and Paramedics in the field during simulated scenarios and, as training progresses, under direct supervision during actual calls.
- Understand and comply with all safety protocols, medical guidelines, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain and prepare emergency medical equipment and vehicles, ensuring readiness for immediate deployment.
- Document patient care activities accurately and completely under supervision.
- Develop effective communication skills to interact with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and ethical conduct at all times.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong desire to learn and commitment to a demanding training program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying.
