Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Learn to identify and resolve electrical issues under supervision, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Help with the preparation of work sites, including setting up equipment and ensuring safety compliance.
- Properly use, clean, and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and electrical codes.
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installation tasks as instructed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
- Attend and actively participate in all scheduled training sessions and technical education.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Required Skills
- Eagerness to learn and a strong interest in the electrical trade.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles (advantageous but not essential).
