Key Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and test complex electrical circuits and systems for various product lines, focusing on power management, analog/digital interfaces, embedded systems, and sensor integration.
- Develop detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and component selections, ensuring compliance with stringent design specifications, cost targets, and manufacturability requirements.
- Perform extensive hardware debugging, root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions for electrical issues identified during testing, validation, and production phases.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and firmware engineers to ensure seamless system integration and optimal product performance.
- Generate comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed design specifications, rigorous test plans, validation reports, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering to drive continuous innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Actively participate in formal design reviews, providing constructive feedback and valuable technical insights to improve overall product quality and design efficiency.
- Ensure all designs rigorously adhere to relevant international safety standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental guidelines (e.g., RoHS, REACH, CE, FCC).
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard circuit design and simulation tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, PSpice, LTspice, Cadence Allegro).
- Strong fundamental understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles, power electronics, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations.
- Demonstrated experience with multi-layer PCB layout and design for manufacturing (DFM), assembly (DFA), and testability (DFT).
- Familiarity with various communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Ethernet).
- Hands-on experience with essential lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power supplies).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along in strong teamwork abilities for a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related advanced technical field.

- Prior experience in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, or industrial product development lifecycle.
