Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for high-performance microwave radio systems.
- Perform schematic capture, PCB layout design, and component selection, adhering to DFM/DFA principles.
- Conduct thorough electrical testing, debugging, and validation of prototypes and production units using specialized lab equipment.
- Collaborate with RF engineers to seamlessly integrate RF modules into overall system designs, ensuring signal integrity.
- Analyze product requirements and specifications to translate complex demands into robust electrical design solutions.
- Generate comprehensive design documentation, test plans, and detailed manufacturing instructions.
- Participate actively in design reviews, ensuring adherence to quality, reliability, and international regulatory standards.
- Provide expert technical support to manufacturing and field service teams for product lifecycle management.
- Stay abreast of new technologies, industry trends, and best practices in electrical and RF engineering.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in electrical circuit design and development.
- Proficiency with industry-standard CAD tools for schematic capture (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad).
- Strong foundational understanding of analog and digital electronics, power supply design, and signal integrity principles.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and multimeters.
- Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex electronic circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and component datasheets effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for technical communication.
