As our Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of learning program management, from initial needs assessment and curriculum design to content creation, delivery coordination, and post-program evaluation. You will work closely with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and external partners to identify learning gaps, develop bespoke training materials, and ensure the seamless execution of workshops, webinars, and online courses. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop comprehensive learning objectives.
- Design and develop engaging educational content, materials, and curriculum across various formats (e.g., e-learning, workshops, guides).
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and webinars, managing all logistical aspects.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Utilize and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver and track training progress and effectiveness.
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of educational programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of instructional design best practices and educational technologies.
- Provide support and guidance to participants and facilitators during learning initiatives.
- Assist in the onboarding and continuous professional development of internal teams.
- Contribute to the development of client-facing educational programs and resources.
