Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily educational activities and lessons.
- Supervise children during playtime, meal times, and nap times, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
- Support children's individual learning and developmental needs, providing gentle guidance and encouragement.
- Assist with personal care routines, including feeding, changing, and comforting children as needed.
- Observe and report children's progress, behavior, and any concerns to the lead teacher.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that celebrates diversity and encourages creativity.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, under the guidance of the lead teacher, regarding children's daily activities and achievements.
