Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and inform them of daily specials and promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests, proactively ensuring satisfaction.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a polite and problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
