We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Personal Shopper to join the team at a prominent retail store chain in Ngoma, Eastern Province. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth style consultations with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Curate personalized selections of clothing, accessories, and other retail items for individual clients.
- Provide expert fashion advice, styling tips, and product knowledge to enhance the client's shopping experience.
- Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and exceptional service.
- Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, new arrivals, and competitor activities.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain the presentation standards of the personal shopping area.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns or exchanges as needed.
- Collaborate with other sales associates and store management to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
- Demonstrated passion for fashion, styling, and current trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships.
- Strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail demands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience working as a personal stylist or shopper in a high-end retail environment.
- Proficiency in additional local languages (e.g., Kinyarwanda) is a plus.
