Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently set up tables, chairs, place settings, and buffet stations according to event specifications and diagrams.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, adhering to all service standards.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain cleanliness of all dining areas, kitchen, and service stations during and after events.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of catering equipment and supplies.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests or concerns.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, event managers, and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.
- Perform assigned side work and closing duties to prepare for the next event or shift.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
