Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport guests, executives, and VIPs to and from designated locations.
- Plan optimal routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals, accounting for traffic and road conditions.
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness of assigned executive vehicles at all times.
- Conduct routine pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles, including fuel, oil, tires, and lights, reporting any mechanical issues or damage immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations, ensuring passenger safety is paramount.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and ensuring a comfortable, discreet, and pleasant travel experience.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger identities, travel details, and any sensitive information encountered.
- Manage vehicle fueling, accurately log mileage, trip details, and submit comprehensive expense reports in a timely manner.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to accommodate guest schedules.
Required Skills
- Valid Kenyan driving license (Class ABCE or equivalent)
- Minimum of 4 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a chauffeur or executive transport role
- Impeccable driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Profound knowledge of Eldoret town, Uasin Gishu County, and surrounding regions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Punctuality and reliability
