Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional, reliable, and discreet Private Family Driver to provide exceptional transportation services for a discerning family based in Ketu, Kosofe. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport family members to appointments, schools, social events, and other destinations as required.
- Plan and execute optimal routes, considering traffic conditions, road closures, and preferred timings to ensure punctuality.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in immaculate condition, ensuring it is always clean, well-serviced, and fueled.
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections, basic routine checks (oil, water, tires, lights), and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all Nigerian traffic laws and regulations, exercising defensive driving techniques at all times.
- Demonstrate utmost discretion and confidentiality regarding all family matters and travel details.
- Assist family members with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, and other items.
- Perform various errands, such as picking up dry cleaning, making deliveries, or purchasing household items, as directed.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Be flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or public holidays as the family's schedule demands.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class E or G, with a clean driving record).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional driving experience, preferably for a private family or executive.
- Extensive knowledge of Lagos road networks, particularly Ketu, Kosofe, and surrounding areas.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics for basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact respectfully.
- Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
