Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport company executives, staff, or goods to various destinations as required.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, regular servicing, and timely reporting of any mechanical issues or damage.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Plan optimal routes to ensure timely arrivals, accounting for traffic conditions and potential delays.
- Assist with loading and unloading items as necessary, ensuring secure transportation of goods.
- Maintain accurate logbooks of journeys, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance.
- Demonstrate professionalism and discretion at all times, especially when transporting sensitive information or high-profile individuals.
- Handle routine vehicle checks, including fuel, oil, tire pressure, and lights, before and after each trip.
- Adapt to changing schedules and routes with flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Provide courteous and excellent service to all passengers or recipients of delivered goods.
- Manage parking and tolls efficiently.
Required Skills
- Valid UAE driving license (light vehicle at minimum)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience in the UAE
- Excellent knowledge of Manama, Ajman, and surrounding Emirates' road networks and traffic regulations
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Punctuality and reliability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Clean driving record
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury vehicles or executive transport
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and ride-hailing applications
- Basic mechanical knowledge beyond routine checks
- Ability to communicate in Arabic is a plus
- Previous experience with a reputable corporate entity or private family
