Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring items are handled with care and secured properly.
- Verify delivery manifests and ensure all items match the quantities and descriptions on the documentation.
- Navigate routes efficiently with the driver, providing assistance with directions and identifying optimal delivery paths.
- Maintain clear and respectful communication with customers during deliveries, representing Career.supersecrets professionally.
- Assist in the proper arrangement and organization of goods within the vehicle to prevent damage during transit.
- Report any issues, discrepancies, or customer feedback to the driver and operations manager.
- Ensure the cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle, performing basic checks as required.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Support the driver in completing delivery paperwork and obtaining necessary signatures.
