Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior draftsmen, architects, and engineers in preparing detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans using industry-standard CAD software.
- Accurately translate sketches, conceptual designs, specifications, and calculations into precise 2D and 3D drawings for various project phases.
- Ensure all produced drawings strictly comply with relevant industry standards, local building codes, and specific project requirements.
- Revise, update, and modify existing drawings based on redline markups, change orders, and feedback from project stakeholders and clients.
- Organize, maintain, and manage drawing files and comprehensive project documentation within a structured digital archiving system.
- Collaborate effectively and transparently with remote project teams, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure design clarity and accuracy.
- Actively participate in virtual team meetings, contributing insights and engaging in design discussions.
- Conduct basic research to support design solutions, material specifications, and regulatory compliance.
