Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and assist them to their tables, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems, and communicating them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure dining areas are consistently clean, organized, and properly set up before, during, and after service periods.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Participate actively in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
