Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas for service by setting tables with clean linens, cutlery, glassware, and crockery according to established standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all dining areas, including floors, tables, chairs, and service stations, before, during, and after service hours.
- Assist servers and kitchen staff with the timely delivery of food and beverages to tables and the removal of used dishes and glassware.
- Ensure all service items, such as clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, are readily available and properly stocked in the dining area.
- Support the setup and breakdown of special events, banquets, and private dining functions as required.
- Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables, adhering to environmental guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient dining experience for guests.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of dining supplies and reporting any shortages to management.
