Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to registered dietitians, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting materials.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of educational handouts, presentations, and other nutritional resources for clients and workshops.
- Maintain accurate and organized client files and records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
- Greet and assist clients with intake procedures, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience, and directing them to appropriate resources.
- Field general inquiries from clients, providing information or directing them to the appropriate dietitian or resource.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and educational materials for the nutrition department.
- Help set up and break down for client consultations, group sessions, or wellness events.
- Collaborate with the broader healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care and service delivery.
- Actively participate in learning opportunities, asking questions, and seeking to understand dietary principles and patient support best practices.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and confidentiality protocols and guidelines.
